Unblocked Games

Explained for parents by The Digital Childhood.

What it means

Websites full of copied games that slip past the filters on school computers and Chromebooks, so kids play them in class. Most of it is harmless stuff like driving and platform games, but the sites are packed with ads and some of those ads are sketchy.

How to bring it up with your kid

"What do kids play on the Chromebooks when the teacher isn't looking?" You'll probably get a laugh and a whole list. It's a good way into how they use their school devices.
