What it means

Snapchat's chatbot. It sits in the chat list right next to your kid's real friends, it has a name and an avatar, and it answers anything they ask, any time of day. In Snapchat's Family Center a parent can switch off My AI's replies for their kid.

How to bring it up with your kid

"Do you ever talk to My AI on Snapchat? What do you ask it?" I'd want them to know it's a program the company runs, and what they tell it gets saved by Snapchat unless they delete it.
